David Souter

Davie was my first boss when I left college. As a young English public school boy thrown onto a Scottish Construction Site I never stood a chance. Fresh meat for Davie to enjoy !! Both my wife and I have very fond memories of our 6 years in Scotland with Tarmac, Davie and George Tait and it is devastating to hear the news. My prayers and thoughts go to his family. I worked with Dave at Tarmac/Carillion and Atkins. He was always a laugh and just a really great person to know. Thoughts are with the family suddenly left behind. Such a shock for you all I'm sure, as it was to me. Another colleague taken way too soon, another one of the good ones...
