I just found out about Dr. Spingarn. I was shocked. I didn't know. He was a good doctor and a good man. He will be missed. He was my doctor for a long time. Rest in peace.

I am saddened to learn of Dr. Spingarn's passing. I was a patient of his for over 20 years and when he retired I was beside myself. In 2006, I credit him with saving my life after diagnosing me with a pulmonary embolism. I always felt indebted to him and continued to be his patient despite living far away. We talked often about cycling, health, the world, etc. He will be missed. May his memory be a blessing.

David was a great friend. There was only on "doc on a bike" and he will be missed. His constant message to "be green, cycle and recycle" is something we can all make happen in his memory. Thanks to David, a smile will always be a win-win.

I first met David in 2008 when I applied for a part time nursing position. I worked for 10 years until his retirement. I would probably still be working if he was. It was interesting work and he certainly made the day sometimes. His patients appreciated the time he spent with them. I sincerely hope he is at peace. My sympathies to his family and all his good friends I met through the office. Cathy Pelts

Dr.Spingarn was an exceptional nice man who opened his office to me so I could do my Internship! In return I began working for him doing his billing and coding! His retirement was a suprise to all as he was a very nice man who never turned anyone away! He did a lot on the outside In the community as well! He will be greatly missed by many!!!

A wonderful caring man who passed away to soon. The Dr. and I go back probably 40 years as he took care of both my parents. He also cared for my daughter and her three children until he retired. I worked for the American Red Cross and he came to me to take care of him. He was more interested in telling me about my aging Mother's medical care than he was in giving me his medical history at the time. That's the kind of man he was. He will be missed by many many friends but alas he is not suffering anymore.

I have wonderful memories of Dr. Spingarn. He was my parents' doctor many years ago & he treated them with the utmost professionalism, care, and respect at all times. I appreciated him greatly. The world has lost an exceptional person.

As a physician he never turned anyone away, his compassion is unwavering. David was dedicated to his children, family members and his patients as well as extended network of friends closest to him. His passion for the environment and his motto "stay green, cycle and recycle". David traveled the world and exposed his children to many cultures in those travels. He will be missed greatly. His last words were I love you to me and I returned the sentiment.
