He was preceded in Death by parents Helen and Harry Tarras, His Sisters Beverly and Norma. He is survived by Nephews Tim and wife Cindy Becker his caregivers. Their sons T.J. and Kyle Becker. Nephew Jeff and wife Debbie Becker with Daughter Nicole Becker. His nieces include Lynn Becker Hansen, Sally Peters with her daughter Megan and Kristen. Jody Smith with children Melissa, Tommy, and James. Janie Noe (Brian) and son Chase Noe. Dave was born February 3rd, 1937. He leaves behind many close friends and Church Family.

Dave and I were closest buddies for more than 20 years. We shared many a meal, trip, and experience together. Some of his attributes were the following: world traveler/agent leading many groups, a fine gourmet cook, an artistic florist with his own shop, an extensive knowledge of theater and its songs,
and in later years a sharing of biblical knowledge. He was unselfish in sharing his many talents.
