Mr Towers understood how to communicate with his students as a teacher as well as a friend.
His sense of humor proved how versatile he was. He allowed us to express differing opinions without "crossing the line"
His wisdom is needed in the USA now!! DLT you have a HUGE difference in many lives....

Mr Towers was my favorite teacher at Highland. I graduated in 1968 and called him in AUgust to see if we could visit him when we went to the 50th reunion on Oct 20 but he said he wasnt up to travel or visitors.
RIP to a GREAT EDUCATOR and MENTOR !!!
