David Trebilcock

David was a very kind man. He designed and built many designs of beautiful accessibility aids which gave me independence while looking beautiful and lasting for decades. My heart goes out to his family whom he loved deeply. I was always hold him in my heart. I am shocked to hear of his passing.

I miss you. My heart is broken and I need you to fix it. I still can't believe you are gone. I am so sorry.

I am overcome with grief at this loss. David was and will remain a friend to our family. As our carpenter, you made our home safe and cozy. Every sunrise I awake to will be through the window you built on our bedroom. Every Sunbeam that shines in our living room will be through the skylights you put in. Every game we play in our family room is possible because of your creative vision, passionate heart and skilled hands. Thank you. It has been a privelege to have known you, and a comfort to know that we live in comfort with many thanks to you. Our condolences to your family and friends...all of us who have walked with you on your path. We have been blessed to been a part of your life. Thank you.

I felt the shock of your leaving us so deeply. Our community misses you and we continue to talk of you and share our feelings and stories of how your brief presence in our lives has touched us. I will always hold you close and be grateful to have met you and had such deep conversations with you about some of life's more challenging stuff. David, here Joel and I sit in our beautiful mountain home, and every inch of it has your name on it. We had dinner Wednesday night with you at 9 Mile and them today just read this on line. I hope you feel this, you will be missed, we chatted everyweek for the last 6 years, so with that my friend, we will chat again but for now say hello to Mia and RIP our friend, heaven needed a man who could work with heart. We will certainly contribute to your childrens education fund.

I am still shocked and saddened in hearing of Dave's passing. He was one of my little brother Fred's closest friends, and also one of this 'big sister's 'Favs' of Fred's friends, all the way back to grade school! It was always fun when Dave was around or popped in on our family functions, and he always brought a chuckle to me, those around. He had a very distinct wit, and charm! I did not get to know him these latter years as a family man, but I know he loved his family much. He will surely be missed by many. Dave was a Good Soul, may he now rest in peace. So sorry to hear about Dave :( He was the sweetest person when we were growing up. The whole Saunders family will miss him!

Just getting to know Dave and already appreciated so much about him.. I wish I could have gotten to know Dave better. We had a lot in common and my love goes out to his children, family and friends!

I only knew David a couple of months and I regret not getting to know him sooner, especially in light of the interests that I never knew we shared until now.

David was a very impressionable young man I looked up to growing up in South Miami . His younger brother Noman was my best friend . When ever i came over to the house David was always working on a car or building something extrodinary ! I remember him working a hover craft and thinking Normans older must be a genius ! and to me he was! He was very influential to me in more ways than one . I was definitely the most hyper kid in the neighborhood and Dave had a hilarious sense of humor I know he got from his Dad* ! Needless to say he had everybody in stitches at my expense : ) Thank you Dave for all you gave me ! You will always be in my Heart and Mind ! Your little brother , Ron Reihel

im not sure why my maiden name appeared but i want to include that my husband, Craig, also shared wonderful and meaningful conversations with Dave. I know the entire community of Evergreen will miss him rolling up to school in his big silver van , smiling at everyone, all the time. HIs friends, family and even his sweet doggie, Ariel, will miss him always.

Oh my,, I haven't been in touch with any of you in a while, but always thought highly of David, Beth Lia and Kevin... I'm so shocked to hear this..... Please let me know if I can do anything for you!!!!

I am deeply saddened to hear about David. Just last week, we were working with drills and hammers in downtown Marshall. He was a hard worker, very helpful and kind. He will be missed. Love to his family.

David was a vital part of our weekly gathering and I always looked forward to his smile and contributions. He had such a light. The bond between him and his dog Ariel was wonderful to witness. I'll always treasure the one long conversation we had on the patio of Wall Street Coffee in Asheville. My sincere condolences to his children and family. I feel devastated by this sudden loss.

i shed so many tears remembering all of our conversations. We recently just spent time at our daughters' camping trip and i will hold on to the smiles i got to see while he enjoyed watching Lia and all of her friends celebrating the end of 6th grade. David will be greatly missed. He was a wonderful friend and father.

I only met David once, but found that he was the kind of guy that fast becomes a friend. My sincere condolences to his family..
