In Loving Memory of David Paul Trecartin

David Paul Trecartin, of Milford, New Hampshire, a beloved soul who touched the lives of many, passed away on December 6, 2023 at age 62, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion. Born on July 20, 1961 to the late Paul J. Trecartin and Shirley J. Trecartin (Roberts), in Boston, Massachusetts. He embarked on a life journey filled with kindness and meaningful connections.

David Paul Trecartin graduated from Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School in 1980 with a major in Machine Shop. His career included machine operator, mechanical maintenance, building construction, and retail hardware supervisor contributing his talents and expertise to everything he undertook. He had a passion for anything mechanical. He enjoyed fixing machinery, and creating, designing, and building something new. David started working at Canobie Lake Park in Salem, NH in 2019 and built many new friendships, created our extended family and left an everlasting impression. David will be remembered for his love of camping, motorcycle riding, bonfires on the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

A dedicated husband, parent, grandparent and brother, David Paul Trecartin cherished the bonds of family and friendship. David is survived by his wife Wendy M. Trecartin (Nichols) and their four children: Deanna Otis (spouse Michael Otis), Samantha Ouellette (spouse Chris Ouellette), James Trecartin (fiancé Alyssa Rehrauer), and Timothy Trecartin (spouse Alana Trecartin) and seven grandchildren: Ryan Bailey (16), Abigail Brown (13), Shawn Otis (10), Logan Otis (6), Tyler Ouellette (13), Deryk Ouellette (12), and Ember Ouellette (6). In addition, David is survived by his three brothers, William J. Trecartin, Wayne A. Trecartin, and Don S. Trecartin.

At his request, in his final wishes, there will be no memorial service or funeral by his immediate family. He wished to be remembered and acknowledged as a hardworking, loving father, loyal, and unselfish friend. The family requests that, instead of flowers, contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in David Paul Trecartin's memory.

As we mourn the loss of David Paul Trecartin, let us also celebrate the beautiful life he lived. May his spirit continue to inspire us to live with love, kindness, and purpose. In the tapestry of our memories, David will forever remain a cherished thread, weaving through the fabric of our lives. Rest in peace, dear David Paul Trecartin. Your light will continue to shine brightly in our hearts, and your memory will be a source of comfort and strength in the days ahead.
