David Bernard Turkel

Mr. David was so kind to me. The first day I met he and his wife Ms. Joy I felt welcomed and like an old friend. May the family know that he had a joyous and respectful disposition that every man should aspire to become. You will be missed.

David Turkel lead the county deportment in which I worked for 10 years. I admired his sense of humor, support for his staff, dedication to improving the community, and being a person of integrity.

I met David in 2000 through a mutual friend who told David I would be a great for a job he was trying to fill at the first Harris County Economic Development Department.
