Big Red was a kind and sweet man. He was our cook for many years at the La Cantina Ranch when Ballard held our ranch trips. His enchiladas were always something we looked forward too and his made to order breakfast tacos were a special treat. We all have a love language and his was through food and pleasing others. He was more than just our cook. He was part of our Ballard family, our friend. He will be dearly missed by everyone in the Houston office.

Big Red was a loving big hearted man, he was a father to me and was always there for me when I needed it the most, since I was a little girl he has always been around, I couldn't ask for a better dad, he was an amazing cook, ohh how I couldn't get enough of his food.... We have so many memories, but my best memories is when we would have our father daughter days when I was younger.... He will be missed dearly and loved always... I hope your up in heaven dad, I will forever cherish our memories and you will always have a place in my heart.. I love you dad
RIP Big Red
