I knew Dave from High School. Our freshman year we used our old cars like bumper cars. He was following me I slammed on brakes and he hit mytrailer hitch. His radiator was steaming. I laughed so hard I could hardly stand up. I towed him to gas station. He was always easy going. We both went in Army both were infantry, but I went to Vietnam as a Sniper. He liked my War stories.

I got to know Dave at Fernald many years ago and he always kept me interested and wondering. Great guy! RIP Dave.

David was a wonderful friend despite our never having been in the same room together. Met through a SETI club and corresponded extensively for years. He was an inspiration to many and his memory will linger long.

Dave was always straight forward and interesting and a hoot!!
