David Wolfe Obituary
Dave was born November 10th, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio. He was the second youngest of six children. Dave was educated at Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!). He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Wolfe; Children: Emily Torres (Fabian), Abigail Wolfe, Travis Wolfe, Natalie Mitchell (E.J.), Robert Champion, and Kelsey Champion; Grandchildren: Fabian, Lily, Ava, and Owen; Siblings: Jan Balson, Jeri Mohr (Trent), and Sue Minor (Jim); and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents Donald and Rita Wolfe, brother; Donald (Mike) Wolfe, and sister; Nancy Woolum.
Dave was a member, belonging to The Connection Church where he served the Lord as their "Sound Guy". He had multiple flooring businesses, and was a successful entrepreneur all over Sarasota County, FL for years on end. He enjoyed smoking ribs, watching Sunday football, and was a jack of all trades ready to lend a hand to anyone in need, despite many health issues over the years. He will be remembered as a sarcastic, loving, wise man to his family and friends. Dave always lived life to the fullest despite any obstacles that took place, and always managed to be a strong, funny guy who loved to create and send political memes.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 30th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. and will be open to all family and friends of Dave. The Celebration of Life services will be held at The Connection Church: 814 SW Pine Island Rd. Building 4, Cape Coral, Fl 33991.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Connection Church in memory of Dave.

I have known Dave since Wickliffe Elementary School.
A funny thing back in the 1st grade and he loved to talk about and tell people.
I had a bottle of Elmer's Glue in my hand he told me to smell the glue. And of course I did He grabbed the bottle and when doing so he squirted it and glue went all up my nose. And as we both laughed it came out of my nose and went every where.
Only him would do something like that.
He was a great guy. I have thought of him often.

I am at a loss for words. I wish we had stayed in touch. My condolences to his loved ones and family. I will always remember Dave by his high school name "Chaw". We certainly grew up finding life at every turn and pushing some boundaries. RIP Chaw!

Dave was a great guy! The Cape Coral baseball community will miss him. He always made sure he was involved with his son at the games, always chatted with us and made us smile. We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends!

I always enjoyed my talks with Dave after church. I felt a kinship with you folks. You´re the best.
