David Wright

He was not just my patent lawyer but also my best friend. He visited me in ETHIOPIA with friend Tom and visited lalibela the hewn churches of AXUM WILL BE HAPPY TO HEAR FROM HIS WIFE AND FAMILY

The Wright family was very big in our family. They lived just around the corner. Skip and Richard were very close friends until Skip's passing a few years ago. David was one of the many young men in the old Colonial Hills Ward. 38 of us were on missions at the same time. I wish Richard, Suzie, and the rest of the family the best.

I was very saddened to hear of Dave´s passing! I will miss seeing him with Kathy from time to time over the years. We´ve been friends since I was about 7 and he was about 8. We played ball together in the street, little league base ball, little league tennis, and lots of time just "hanging out". I take credit for introducing Dave to Kathy and getting their life long courtship started. Missions and college drew us apart but he was one of my forever friends as is Kathy. The Wright family are in my thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately I will miss his funeral as I´m presently in Korea learning about a very interesting people and culture. Earlier this year we were in Australia and couldn´t help but wonder all the places there Dave had visited there while he was on his mission many years ago. Love ya brother! You´ll be missed.

Brother Wright was an extra special bishop. I remember being counciled by him as a bishop. So very thoughtful and comforting in the things he said and advised. My husband was really fond of Brother Wright also. We all knew we could depend on him when we needed help or cheering up.

Going to miss you my good friend and dedicated home teacher. God bless your loved ones.

David was the best Home Teacher anyone could ever ask for. We could count on a visit from him and his companion or his wide, Kathy, every month. He was a great example of caring and loving stewardship.

We treasure our association with David and Kathy's family, especially Ally and Mike. We have such great memories of times shared with them and still enjoy seeing their family grow on Instagram.

We love you all and will keep you in our prayers.
