Well Dave, it's been a year since you ve been gone and miss you very much. But I know you are looking down upon all of us and guiding us in the right direction. It was my pleasure to take care of you until the end for you to go be with Jesus. If I had the chance to do it again I would. I miss you so much

Well, it's been 5 months since God called you home, and I miss you so much. I think of you first thing when I wake up, all day long and when I lay down at nite. You are constantly on my mind. I love you and will always call you my husband. I can feel you around me always. I will always love you. Your wife, Wendy

My husband Armando and I met David when we moved to Lehigh Acres, we became good friends, he loved to help us and vice versa. It was 3 years of a beautiful friendship between us. He called his sports car "My baby" and one day he invited my husband to take a ride with him. He took such good care of the car and spoke enthusiastically about all the improvements and parts changed. If we needed his help we knew he would be ready to serve and vice versa. He liked when I brought him cheese bread, Brazilian Bites that we called "pão de queijo in Portuguese. We have many good memories. The day he invited my husband to take a ride in his sports car and taught my husband to get out of the car elegantly. For me it was a few days before he passed away, when I told him that whenever he needed us, he could call us, anytime because true friends are like that, for all times, and that he was our true friend, he would be in our hearts forever, if he knew that? He answered yes...and told me: you, Alice and Armando, will also be on mine. The neighborhood is sad without David, it's sad to look at the garage and not see the door open with our friend sitting there, either listening to music, drinking his beer or smoking his cigarette. We know that he fulfilled his mission here, taught us a lot and now rests in peace. And I'm sure that wherever he is, he will be taking care of everyone he loved. Rest in peace David! Our good friend... And may God comfort family and everyone who felt his departure and who loved you. As I told him: "You will forever be in our hearts." And it will be. Thanks to all of you that helped and loved David.

Dave and I worked together for over 30 years. He was one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated service techs in the gas industry. Over the years Dave became a trusted and true friend. I am so thankful for those 30 years and the experiences we shared. RIP my friend, you will be missed.

It was the summer of 1973 when David (15) was riding an Appaloosa on the back 40 acres. He returned to the farm and rode the horse into the house. David wanted to shock us, and I'll never forget the moment I saw him laughing as I screamed. What an awesome memory you created, Dave.
