She loved getting to volunteer at Cameron's school when he was younger and spending time with him there brought her great pride. Halloween was a favorite holiday, where she would dress up and immerse herself in the festivities. When it came to food, she loved guacamole tostadas, green chili(both served with her beloved home grown tomatoes) and peach cobbler. She loved to experiment with different recipes for each.
Dawn was a huge Colorado Avalanche fan and supported them through their losses and victories. She was so excited when they clinched the Stanley Cup-all three times!!! Family meant everything to Dawn, and she treasured the time spent together during various holidays, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.
