He is survived by his aunts, Nancy Walters and Diane Francis, grandmother, Gloria Blaisdell, and brothers, Cody Phillips, Dalton Phillips, and Ricky Phillips.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 19, 2009, from 11 to 2 and from 4 to 8 at Goodbody Mortuary.
Memorial Service Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Goodbody Mortuary.
Arrangements under the direction of Goodbody Mortuary, San Diego, CA.
