Dear Zeringue Family, it seems impossible that five years have already passed since Mr. Al went to Heaven, but then I remember that it will be ten years for my dad in August. They never really leave us. Our cherished memories and the things they taught us, both the spiritual and the practical keep them near always.

Kathy and all, be assured of my sympathy for all of you. I remember the happy weekend when I drove with Kathy to New Orleans and stayed with you. You were all so kind. The passing of a parent and of a spouse is a major transition. Take care of yourselves and hold on to the good memories. May God wipe away your tears. With love and prayers, Sr. Martha Ann
