Dear Bunny and Edith,

It is with a very heavy heart that I got the news of Dean's passing.

He was such a courageous and loving soul who truly exemplified "grace under fire."

Dean was an inspiration to everyone who knew him. I am humbled by his grit and determination.

May it comfort you in the days ahead to know that my Mum, his Aunt
Phyllis, will be very happy to have his company.

She loved and admired him deeply.

Love,

Valerie MacLean

Dear Charles and Edith,
Dean always had a smile and shared a few words with me when I saw him at Sturgeon Valley. I will miss that smile and I look forward to seeing him again one day.
He is at peace now and I am so happy for that as I know you are.
I know God will comfort you in the days ahead and fill you mind with happy memories when you miss Dean.
Love, Valerie MacLean

My brother Dean,
I am thinking of you as I tour Panama and Costa Rica. My wish is that you could have come with me. We had such good times on our travels. You, always taking risks and stirring things up. My heart is so heavy with the news of your passing. When I last saw you, you still had that special spark in your eye letting me know you were up to something. But at the same time I know you are ¨Home¨ and all the pain you suffered through is gone.
Dean you showed me courage and determination like I had never seen and you were an inspiration to me.
I miss you and love you.

Brian
