Debbie was born on September 17, 1959 and passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019. A visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Smith -- North Little Rock Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 30 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at the Martindale Cemetery in Bigelow. Attire for both the visitation and the funeral service will be casual.
