Debbie Ross

I had the good fortune to work as a paraprofessional in Deb's classroom one year, and worked around her for several more years. She was a wonderful person, a caring, funny, and compassionate teacher that I'm sure many students remember fondly. Very sorry for your loss.

Ray, while I didn´t have much time to share with you and Debbie in Okeechobee, I am grateful for the time I was graced with. Debbie was the bright light of Wisconsin Street! Peace for you and your family.

Deb was one of those that made Memorial School such a special place when I taught there for so many years. Sending heartfelt sympathy to Ray, Lindsay and Kyle, who Deb spoke of so often. The pain of losing a parent and a spouse is like no other. I will be keeping you all in my prayers in the coming days and weeks.

I worked at Memorial Elementary School on Bedford for a short time, and got to know Debbie in the process. I am thankful I had the opportunity to know her as a teacher and person. Linda Lambert

Ray, Kyle and Lindsay,
I am heartbroken at hearing of Debbie´s passing. She inspired me as a new teacher. Always supportive and willing to help in any way. It was rare to see her without a smile even in difficult times. I will live by her words and live life to the fullest. Be gentle with yourselves during these very difficult times.

Oh, Deb! I could hear your voice through every word of your message. What an amazing thing for you to do for the rest of us! So now whenever any family or friends wants to visit with you, they only need to read again what you've written. It's so alive with your spirit and so comforting. My love to Ray, Kyle, and Lindsay. Deb was such a vibrant, witty, spirited, and caring person.

Debbie you are and always be a special lady! To know I won't be able to talk to you again brings me to tears. I will see you again! The Lord must of needed you for something special to take you away. Love you lady. Until we see each other again.

I´m so sorry to hear about the loss of such a wonderful woman, wife and friend. I was always inspired seeing pictures of the two together sharing life and showing joy in each adventure they did together. An amazing journey from High School that many would envy and appreciate. Deb was an inspirational lady and certainly will be missed.

Ray, Kyle and Lindsay -

It is with sadness that I write this short message. We were friends with Debbie & Ray at our Winter homes in Okeechobee, Fla. We considered them one of the kindness, fun loving couples we had the privilege of knowing. Debbie, our happy go lucky friend will be so missed by all the friends she made, and there were many.
