Debbie was born in Atwater Ca. She lived in the Atwater , Merced area for most of her life. Debbie was very active in ROTC during her high school years. She was diagnosed with LUPUS soon after she graduated and battled it for many years.
Debbie was preceeded in death by her father Lyndon Ray Devault and her sister Rosemary Ramos-Henson. She is survived by her mother Sophie Davault , brothers Fred Ramos and Anthony Devault all of Merced, and a niece Lisa Devault of Atwater.
Her family will hold a private Memorial Service at Calvary Temple Worship Center , Merced Ca on Sept 28, 2015
