GREENSBORO — Mrs. Deborah Blair Doss, 59, of Greensboro, passed away Friday, January 20, 2012.
Funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home N. Elm Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Doss was of the Methodist faith. She was a graduate of Greensboro College and briefly worked as a teacher's aide for Guilford Elementary and then became a full time homemaker. She was an avid reader and enjoyed swimming and needlework. She was preceded in death by her parents, William "Bill" Henry Blair and Bernice Elizabeth Cooke Blair.
Mrs. Doss is survived by her husband of 32 years, Russell Doss, their children, Justin Blair Doss and wife, Melissa of Middlefield, CT , Lauren Blair Doss of Greensboro, sister, Linda Blair Edlin and husband, Dr. Gerald Edlin of Lynchburg, VA, and her dog, Max.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, PO Box 418629, Boston, MA 02241-8629.
