Deborah Nan Gibbs Schick

I was stunned to learn of Debby's passing. We knew each other for 30 years although it has been a few years since we last spoke. I would love to hear from anyone who sees this that can "fill in the blanks". She was an incredible spirit, full of love and laughter and I will remember all the fun times we had together! My condolences to her family.

I loved this lady . We were good friends in high school and still kept in touch through our 20´s. I moved away and we lost touch.
She was so beautiful, inside and out. Her vocal talent was amazing! She encouraged me in my singing and love of music. I taught music in public school, and private piano for 30 years. In college, she was one of my biggest cheerleaders!
I am praying for all of her family and loved ones. I can imagine that her passing has left a huge hole in your lives. I also know that she left all of you with a better knowledge of love, and
a keener sense of humor. I am sure she passed some of her wonderful traits and talents to y´all, as well.
Know my prayers are with all of you.

I'm so very sorry to hear about the death of Debby. She was certainly a beautiful, witty and talented woman. My prayers are with her children Julie, Jason, Jacob and her entire family.

Thoughts & prayers for the family. I am so sorry for your loss. Debby & I were cheerleaders together at Fair Park High School & that year was so much fun spending almost every day together.

I remember Debbie Gibbs as a young child. I remember wanting to be beautiful like her. My daddy was a teacher and coach at Fair Park High School with 4 little kids and no money. Debbie baby-sitted us many times when my daddy could take our mama out for a date. What I remember about Debbie is her smile, her eyes and the way we always felt warm and secure with her. She was the all- American girl! Sad we lost touch. God bless her family during this time!

Debbie was dear to both of us. We are praying for all of the family at this time of loss.

So many family and friends have gone before us but I´m very sure that one of those greeters by the gate of Heaven was Mildred, my mother. We have all been blessed just by knowing Debby but Mildred and Debby had this beautiful friendship and I was so honored to be a part of it. Debby left so much love here on earth and the memories will live on. Prayers to the family and love to each of you during this time.
