I'll never forget you

Thinking about the passing of my dear friend Debbie. Precious memories of our times together back in college. Rest in heavenly peace .

Deb was a beautiful woman

You are missed you were loved!

Debbie was in our class of 1967 at Highland Park High School, Topeka, Kansas. She was truly beautiful with an awesome smile. She was unable to attend our 50 Class Reunion Anniversary and planned to come to the next one at 55 years.
May our Lord hold her in the palm of His hand. She was a blessing to friends, family, sorority and her church.

I'm truly heart broken to hear about the passing of Debbie Wells Horwitz. She and I were an item during our college years at Emporia State University. I've thought about her quite often throughout the years. My sincere condolence, thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

My deepest condolences to the Horwitz family. Ms. Horwitz was my gym teacher at Schenley. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. RWG Ms. Hrowitz.

The Bible gives us hope the dead will rise again. Take courage.

Debbie and I met at Schenly H S in the early 90's. We had some fantastic conversations we shared. We would play cards for hours having such a good time. Debbie you are truly missed. RWG.

U were the koolest teacher anyone could have .u were always there for ur students no matter what .U was a pleasure having u as my teacher .May u Rest easy .and Thank u.

You will truly be missed. You were a great role model and supporter of all of you students. You taught us to be individuals and go hard for everything we wanted. You were my high school volleyball coach. I have great memories of the times of encouragement over the years. Sending prayers of strength and comfort to your family.

My condolences to the family of Mrs Horwitz. I got my nickname "cheese rat" lol because folks thought I was her favorite. she was an amazing person. I was truly blessed having her counsel through out high school. Rest in power coach H. you have touched so many people. you were truly an angel walking earth- and now you're home. RIP

You will be missed. You was the best Gym teacher and swim team coach. I will remember your smile.

More than a teacher and coach, you were my friend. You made a profound impact on my life, I wanted to be just like you. I take comfort in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Fly high my friend, I'll see you when I get there. My condolences to your family.

Barbara and I submit our heartfelt prayers in the loss of Debbie. We were teachers with Deb and shared many outings with her. May God grant her rest and peace.

My condolences to the family. I first knew her as Ms. Wells, my high Schenley High School gym teacher. She was also my cheerleading coach.

She was one of my favorite teachers at CAPA and gave me so many opportunities to lead and I think back to her all the time when I tell people what got me started in wanting to teach and help students.

I will never forget Debbie. I worked with her at Capa and she was a special friend. My prayers are with your family.

My hearts go out to you and I offer my deepest sympathies. May your memories always bring smiles to your faces and comfort to your hearts. And may the "God of all comfort" help to ease the pain of your grief.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of my former gym teacher at Schenley High School. May God be with her family during this time.

I first met Debbie in the late 70s through our teaching career and my sister knew her from the mutual daycare they took their children. Debbie was so beautiful inside and out and many of us looked up to her. Debbie was most proud of her family and the many students she loved teaching. May her memory be forever eternal.
