Mary Anne loved music and art, as well as math and science. She loved to laugh and always enjoyed a good book. She had a strong faith in Christ, as was evident in her devotion to her family and her warmth and kindness to friends and strangers alike. We were blessed to have her in our lives and will miss her greatly. "Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." Ps. 23:6. Dear Joe, Jules, Ken, George, Therese, Julie, Lorraine and family,
We are so sorry to hear the sad news of Mary Anne's passing. Please accept our condolences. We regret we were not there for you, but we just learned of your sorrow. With all of us living so many miles apart, it is difficult to share our feelings with each other. Joe, when you and Mary Anne came to Michigan quite a few years ago, it meant a lot to our parents to visit with you both. It was great to see Therese and Julie and their families at Jules wonderful birthday party hosted by the always gracious LeNore; Fr. Ken used to speak of his nieces with a lot of love and joy. We've lost a lot of good people since those days, but, oh, Heaven must be a glorious place with those wonderful folks who enriched our lives here on earth.
We hope you will keep in touch with us. Let us know of anyway we can be of assistance to you. We ask God's blessings and support to you all. You were blessed by Our Lord to have such a devoted, loving wife and mother. We're sending our love and prayers, Ed and Vicki, Bob and Rich Repik

I am so sorry for your loss. Lorraine always spoke so highly of her mother and the faith that they shared. She seemed like a truly wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. I pray that you can all find comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering and is with her Savior in Heaven.

I have loved hearing about this amazing woman through Lorraine. How blessed you all are to call her your mother, wife, grandmother... I know she will be deeply missed. The Sampras family is praying for the Maginot family, that you will be comforted by great memories and inspired by her great faith.

Dear Maginot Family,
My heart breaks for the space left in your life with the passing of your mom, wife, and grandmother... Lorraine often shared with me the words of wisdom and deep conviction of faith that she knew in this life. I loved one story - that near the end of her life "she was doing business with Jesus". Her deep faith is now a true reality... a great example to me.
From all I have watched and heard - I know she was fully loved by her husband, her children and her grandchildren - a life well lived!

Mary you are very missed here on earth but Heaven is so blessed to have you there. Even though I never had the privilege of meeting you, your daughter Lorraine is an amazing woman and loves you deeply! I can't wait to meet you one day and if you don't mind find Taylor and give her some love for me.

My heart goes out to you all at this time. It has been a privilege to hear Lorraine share about her mother. Hearing about her today in our Friday group was an inspiration to me as a wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. I will keep all of you in my prayers as you journey through the days ahead.

Dear Maginot Family,
I am so sorry for your great loss. Although I only met Lorraine's mom a couple of times, it was easy to see what a strong and wonderful mother and wife she was to her family. Having been in various bible studies with Lorraine for more than a decade now, I got to hear many wonderful stories about what a special person she truly was. I know how difficult these past months have been for Lorraine and I am sure that it has been the same for all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family as you are going through this difficult loss. May God bless your family. With Love to all of you.

Lorraine read us what she said at the memorial. There was not a dry eye in the house. Her legacy will live on in her children and grandchildren!

I am so sorry Lorraine and family for your huge loss. She must have been quite a special lady. After reading her obituary I now know where you got your intelligence! Quite impressive! May God comfort you all during this time and may you be filled with peace and inspiration to carry on her legacy.

Dear Mr. Maginot and Family,
I'm so very sorry for your tremendous loss. What I remember most about Mrs. Maginot is her infectious laugh and luminous smile. I also remember her genuine interest in people and the way she (and all of you) asked such great questions upon meeting someone (me included) and how those questions facilitated a warmth and a meaningful connection. I so admired in complete faith in Jesus and the way she committed herself to prayer. Her love for the Lord served to inspire all she came in contact with. I always felt safe and welcome in your home, and I have experienced the love of your family (the family you and Mrs. Maginot created together) consistently over the last 25 years. You two have been parents to many. Mrs. Maginot's mother heart and generous spirit drew many people toward her. I loved her greatly and consider myself extremely blessed to have known her and to have been loved by her. May the Lord Jesus comfort you fully and completely during this time and always. I will continue to hold each of you in my thoughts and prayers.

What an amazing woman your mom was, Lorraine. A woman with a great heart and a great mind and a great soul. What a wonderful legacy she has passed on to you. It is delightful to know she now, is immersed in the joy and peace of God's glory. Love to all of you.

Sorry to hear of your loss, it seems she had a good full life and more importantly she knew Christ. Psalms 115:16;Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
