Deborah Adams Winters, known affectionately as Debbie, passed away peacefully in her home with cherish loved ones by her side on July 13, 2024, in Portland, Oregon, at the age of 64. Born on February 14, 1960, in Newmarket, England, she moved to the United States where she would eventually settle and build her life. Debbie attended Woodmere Elementary School, St. Marys Academy and later Lincoln High School, marking the beginning of a journey filled with love, laughter, and an enduring sense of community.

Debbie was a person of many passions, including watching old TV and game shows, listening to the radio, solving crossword puzzles, and practicing calligraphy. She was also known as a cotton candy connoisseur, a unique interest that always brought a smile to her family and friends' faces. Her sharp wit, honesty, and outspoken nature made her a memorable presence in any gathering.

Above all, Debbie was a devoted family woman. She is survived by her loving children, son, Michael (Christina), son, Jonathon, and daughter, Meagen; her cherished grandchildren (who is), Nevaeh Marie, Alexander James, Talon Lee, Jude Liam, Isaiah King, Jayden Cobbs, and Arya Rainn. Debbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Lee Winters; her father, Frederick J. Loughran; her mother, Kathleen (Bukucs); and her step-father, Imre Bukucs.

A gathering of close family and friends to celebrate Debbie's life will be held at Laurelhurst Park on July 26th, 2024, . Her life, marked by selflessness and caring, will be remembered as one of profound impact on all who knew her. Debbie's legacy will continue to live on through her family and the many lives she touched.

Mother may you finally rest in peace. You were the strongest woman I know the sweetest woman and always cared about others. You were there for me whenever I needed anything. I will always cherish you and hope to be as strong as you were. I´m sorry for all the pain you suffered throughout life and wish I could have done more to make you better. I know I will see you again our time together was not over. You are loved by so many, a true angel you are love you more then the world itself
