I think of Deb so often and really miss our phone chats. Much love to the Krause family, with very fond memories of our Christmas times in Florida.

Dear Jim, Cheryl, Justin, Christin, Adam, Karen and Eddie: this is such a shock and my heart is so heavy. I have fond memories of "Peanut" as a little tike and visiting at different stages of her life, especially her wedding day. And, it was special to us that Hozzie and Debbie joined us all in Louisville for Thanksgiving dinners. My heart goes out to all of you.

Debba, oh how I miss you!! Your feisty, firey, indomitable spirit, your great laugh, your distinctive "Krause" smile...So many really fond memories with you. Even in adulthood we still laughed at the memory of our dog, Schnapps´ birthday party when we were young kids...and how he immediately barfed up the cake we made for him. We will still laugh and cry together as I can´t help but talk to you now and as the days go by. My deepest condolences to Karen, Jim, Ed and all your family. Love you, Debba, always.

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Deb. We were very close friends in elementary school into junior high, and remained friends in adulthood. Deb was a very sensitive and kind soul who loved animals, listened well, and loved to laugh. She told the people she loved "I love you" often. She knew me well, and let me know that throughout our friendship. She was a good and caring person, and I will miss her. My heartfelt condolences to Karen, Jim, and their families.
