Though I met Ms. Debra Phillips only on a few brief occasions, I can say with the utmost certainty that she raised her daughter, Kylie, to be one of the most earnest, dignified, diligent, and generous people I have encountered. There can be no greater testament to a mother's legacy. My heart goes out to you, friend.

Debbie was a beautiful soul who brought love and light to our family! We are so blessed to have had her added to our lives. It is never enough time but we are all better having known Debbie. She will be missed and remembered.

While I don't have too many memories of her, I remember Deb as being a caring mother to the best friend I've ever had. She was a wonderful woman who touched the lives of many and even though we met only a few times, I'll always remember her and all the love she had to give.

Hey Debbie, I´m so glad that I was able to get to know you the short period of time that I did. You have a heart of gold and just brought such positive energy into the room when you walked in. I really enjoyed our talks about old cars and the need for speed... lol. I´m really going to miss you but I´m so glad you´re free from the pain and suffering you endured these last few months. I love you dearly and will always carry you in my heart.

I'll always remember summers growing up, spending time together at the beach. I'll miss her ever direct honesty and strong spirit. It won't be the same without you, Aunt Deb.

Worked with Debbie years ago at Suncoast Hospital and later and Alliant. Loved when she was in charge because I knew it would be ok (no matter how crazy). She would play scratch cards and after working so many shifts, head off to casino. Wished I had her energy. She was always off doing things and living life. Oh, and she was a wild one with some tequila in her....oh boy. Will miss seeing all her new adventures.

Debbie. The Debster. My step mommy. I am going to miss you. My heart is broken that you are gone. But I take comfort in knowing I will see you again when it is my time. You were the most honest and direct person I knew, and you had a heart of gold. You made such an impact on my life. I´m going to miss calling you for every little medical issue that I have so I can hear you tell me "you´re fine dude". I´m going to miss your potato salads. Rest In Peace. I love you.

Mom, I couldn´t imagine navigating through this world without you and I get caught up thinking about all the memories we made together and all that we will never have. I miss you so much and I know that you had a grand entrance with Mandy and Mikey welcoming you into heaven. We went to so many concerts and always had a great time no matter what we were doing together even on those long road trips together I was never bored with you. You were always my best friend, no matter whatever stage I was at in life and I´ll never stop thinking about you and everyone´s life you impacted you were the best mom and I know we´ll meet again eventually. Love you always- Kate

Deb was an agency nurse working on tele ... she was quiet, to herself and took amazing care of her patients ... I had no clue she would end up being like my sister! We traveled the Caribbean and made crazy memories! She was my sister from another mother ... fellow wild child! Heart of gold and a spirit that withstood much heart ache. I will have a major void in my life without her. She has moved on and we will tear up heaven one day respectfully of course

Mom, I love you so much. I am going to miss all of things we should have done together in person but I know you will be with me in spirit. You are at home with Mikey and Mandy now.
One of many favorite memories we had together was when we went to see Rob Zombie and Korn together. You were always the best rocker and knew how to have fun, despite dealing with a crazy teenager.
You did everything for your family and not any words can express all of the things you have done for other people. You were selfless, strong, loving, and kind. I love you mom.
