Dee William Moses

Couch Moses was the best man I have ever known, he helped me through some
really hard times...My wife and I came to Houston a few years ago to see him...
My heart goes out for his family, he will be missed by many of the peoples lives
that he touched.....Toby

Thank you for being my mentor and always there when I needed someone to talk to. You were like a father to me. You are greatly missed and will forever be in my heart!

The first Texan I ever met and no finer a Texan have I met since. I thank you for all the love and prayers over the last 40 years. Now go start that never ending game of 42 with Robbie, and Grandma and Grandpa Moses! You will be missed DW!

I had the pleasure of knowing D W through his Odom family. He always made me feel like family. And, everyone who knew D W, knew there were two on his top list of loves -- Jesus Christ and family.

Please know that we are thinking of you at this time. Jamie has fond memories of staying at Dee and Robbie's in Kerrville and eating grilled cheese sandwiches. Jamie had perfect attendance for 9 straight years until the weekend we let her go to their house with you all and miss her first school day ever! They were such an awesome couple and touched so very many lives.

Dee Moses was an excellent coach and an even finer man. His solid values were a shining example. Miss you already, Coach.

Dee and Robbie were so precious to us. We will miss their good friendship. Loved working with Dee all those years. He was wonderful Christian man.

Dear Coach, All of us at Aldine High School thought the world of you and thankfully we let you know it! God bless you and your family. We are praying for their peace. Coach came to some of our reunions and we will always remember him, his strong example and that big smile of his. Save a seat for me, Coach. Sherry Dillon maze and the Class of '68.

I think Jesus said to that godly man on that Sunday morning "Dee, let's go to church together!!! He will forever be in my heart!

Dee and Robbie Moses were both so important in our lives. They were both true true treasures and they made life so much better for everyone around them. No one will probably ever know how many Aldine High School students they helped and encouraged. As a basketball coach, Dee was always there if someone needed help, or just a kind shoulder to lean on. He was such a good friend, always smiling and happy, he just made everyone around him feel better. He will be so missed.

Dear Moses family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of DW--passing on to heaven to be with Jesus and his loved ones. I'm not sad for him, but sad for his loss on this earth. He was a blessing to all who knew bim, including me. Jamie and David, and Lloyd Baker, I send my love and thoughts to you all.

Jamie, David, Joyce, Arlene,Butch: I am so saddeded by the passing of Dee W. I remember him as a high schooler when the famlies of Vance and Moses lived on Willenburg. I admired him for his kindness to us "little kids" and his athletic ability and accomplishments. As a teacher, he must have been greatly admired and respected by his colleagues and students. I will always have great memories of of your brother and uncle.
