Prayers to the family. Deidra is a wonderful person and will be missed by all that new her.

She will be missed. I always admired her determination and will never forget our road trip to CM Showcase. Rest in peace with the Lord.

I was fortunate to have Deidra as one of my students at Meadowbrook Elementary School. She was a student leader, a scholar and a motivator. She was not afraid to try something new. She was dependable and inventive - Give her a task and she would find a way to make it work. I saw a lot of the same traits of her mother in her.

Deidra will be sorely missed. I know my grandmother who kept the nursery at Meadowbrook Baptist for quite a number of years would be proud of her and what she did with her life. My family's prayers are with you all.

I have such great memories of Dee from the days of Girl Scouts, Meadowbrook and Eastern Hills. It warms my heart to see the loving comments that those who knew her are sharing. Indeed she left a legacy of love, service and integrity. Sending prayers that her family finds some comfort in knowing that Dee was widely loved and admired by those who knew her.
