John:
My thoughts and prayers are with you, I am sure you still miss her. She was always a laugh every time we talked while she was taking a $20.00 out of the register to go buy scratch tickets.
I still say a prayer for the ones we have lost and still miss.
My best to you and your family!

When my cousin from Syracuse, N.Y. came to visit me, she was devistated that she had just been diagnosed with cancer. Dee took the time to come to my home and talk with her even though she had never met her before. I shall never forget that kind act of Dee's. We will miss her. We believe that she is at peace.

We are so sorry to hear about Dee. She always was so positive about her illness and was so determined in her life. We will miss seeing her working in her yard and caring for her friends children.

John, Nicole and Colin,
My deepest, deepest sympathies to you during this sad time. I remember fondly all of my years at the Fudge Shoppe--I will always remember Dee's laugh, her generosity and her patience with us as teenagers. She was a wonderful boss and role model. In my adult life it was always a pleasure to run into her in the grocery store and say hello. During the 8th grade fundraiser last year I was so touched and pleasantly surprised to find a note from Dee and some extra fudge in my son's bag! Each year I walk in the Relay For Life and I will now be dedicating my walk this year to Dee-- I will think of her with every lap and remember what a wonderful influence she was in my life. God Bless you Dee on your journey and may God watch over your family.
