Sorry to hear about Delbert. The Boy Scouts would not have been the same without his leadership when I was growing up. He has left quite a legacy. Prayers to all.

To the entire Heisterkamp family - my deepest condolences.
My parents knew Delbert well through Boy Scouts and general friendship. I remember his broad smile, infectious laugh, and beaming personality. Truly a special man. I've always thought of him fondly, and I always will.
May you find peace & comfort in your many memories of him.
