Delia Diaz Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 27, 2018.
Delia Diaz, 94, of Fort Worth, Texas, went in peace surrounded by loved ones into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday June 26, 2018. Her last words before passing were "Jesus is my Savior" and then she said "Jesus es mi refugio", which means Jesus is my refuge.

She was born in Toyah, Texas on August 12, 1923. Delia graduated from Paschal High School. She was married to Emiliano Diaz Jr. for 62 years. She was a Housewife and volunteered for The American Red Cross Association in 1942. Delia was a very loving, caring lady and she loved dogs especially her dog Bud. Delia also loved flowers and loved gardening. She loved cooking and was always cooking up a storm. Whenever anyone went over, they knew they were in for some good homemade food that she always made with a whole lot of love.

She is survived by her three sons; Jessie Ricardo Diaz, Daniel Eduardo Diaz and Carlos Roberto Diaz. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved and adored.
