Dennis KUTA Obituary
September 7, 1944 – August 8, 2016
It is with a profound sense of loss that the family of Dennis Kuta announces his peaceful passing on August 8, 2016. He had a brief, but stoic battle with cancer throughout which he refused to give up hope.
Dennis is survived by his sisters, Betty (Ted) Gwozd of Spruce Grove and Sylvia Popik of Leduc, by one niece, Karen (Anthony) Cornish and one nephew, Todd (Wendy) Gwozd, two aunts, Eileen Bucyk and Nellie Rubuliak, as well as numerous cousins, grandnephews and a grandniece. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Mary and John Kuta of Thorsby. Dennis will always be remembered as a kind and gentle man who was active in the church.
A remembrance of his life will take place on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Thorsby Community Centre. Donations to Whitsuntide Church Cemetery or a charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Hainstock & Son Funeral Chapel, Leduc. My condolences to Sylvia and Betty on the loss of your brother Dennis. I have many fond memories of Dennis when we were growing up around Thorsby back in the day. Dennis was always very active in sports, baseball and hockey being his favourites, and could always be counted on for a pick-up game just about any time. Although I have not seen him in many years I shall always remember him as a kind and decent man and a very good friend . Dennis Dornan , Kamloops, BC .

Dennis was an amazing man full of love kindness and humor He will be missed very much It is with heavy heart to say goodbye for today but we will meet again another day May GOD be at your side to ease your pain and mend your heart Your family has always meant a lot to me over the years.
