McNAMARA, Dennis Joseph "DJ" 51, of Naples, FL, died at Vitas Hospice on March 25, 2010. Formerly from Naples, NY where he retired from Rochester Gas & Electric, he had lived in Naples for about 15 years. DJ worked for Genset on Florida's east coast. He then worked for Driveway Maintenance as the manager of their Ft. Myers area division. DJ was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. He will be dearly missed by his devoted bride, Rebeca "Beca" McFarland-Brown; father, Verne McNamara; four sisters and five brothers; and his large extended family. Visiting hours will be held Saturday (TODAY), March 27th, 6-8pm and Sunday, March 28th 4-6 pm at Fuller Funeral Home 4735 Tamiami Trail East. The funeral service will begin at 6pm on Sunday at the conclusion of the visitation. Additional services and burial will take place in NY. To the McNamara Family: I am sincerely sorry for your loss. As I have with so many I lost contact with Dennis after high school. I will always remember him playing soccer giving it his all for the Naples "Big Green Machine". In my memories he will be forever young.
