I worked with Dennis in the King County Prosecutors Office. He was one of a kind. His energy seemed boundless and his wit like a razor. He will be remembered by all who knew or worked with him.

So sorry to hear this news. Dennis was a very dear friend that I worked with in Seattle. Believe it or not, last night I dreamed that I was one of hundreds of extras in a movie that Dennis was directing. Just like Dennis to undertake such a production.

I just read the news and am sorry to hear that Dennis is no longer with us for the time being. This is so bizarre but I know Dennis would appreciate it. Last night I dreamed that I, and hundreds of extras, were trudging through the desert in a remake of Exodus that Dennis was directing. What can I say? Dennis was one of a kind.

I never met Dennis. I just stumbled into Zach & Dennis today and just finished binging all I could find. What wonderful, sensitive and entertaining work. I enjoyed every minute. Then rushed to see when new episodes would be ready. I found this page instead. So very sad.

I did construction work for Dennis over the last several years. Always a pleasure to work with. Such a kind and gentle man. Hard to believe he's gone. He will be missed.

I miss Dennis. We became friends in 1968 at Farrells Ice Cream Parlor. I was a freshman at Washington and Dennis was in his senior year in HS. Many years have passed and I have never heard Dennis utter a harsh word about another human. Some of my fondest memories are of our correspondence while he was a Georgetown Law. RIP my friend. You are missed by so many. Shake a leg. Mark

I met Dennis through GG&SS. He always had a smile on his face and a joke in his heart - simply a thoroughly nice person.

Dennis and I worked together in the King County Prosecutor's Office. He was generous in guiding a younger less-experienced deputy prosecutor. He was also remarkably kind to my wife (God rest her soul) who thought he was the funniest man on earth.

Denise was my partner in intermediate production class at USC. He was such a goodhearted man. The world is a poorer place without him.

Great attorney and a warm cheerful colleague. I assisted him in a complex murder case with an incompetent defendant. He was great to work with. He was famous for his Bastille Day films.

Dennis was my supervisor as a youg Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. I can still hear his hearty, infectious laugh and remember how warm and personal he made every interaction feel. He was a wonderful, immensely talented and beautiful person. All of us who knew him during his time in the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office will celebrate his life, one well lived.
