Derek was an old friend..with a good heart...was sad to hear this...

So sorry for your loss. My prayers and sympathies for all the family and friends of Derek. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

I am lucky to call Derek my buddy since Kindergarten. We went to school, rode the bus together and sat near each other in homeroom in middle school and high school because our last names both started with B. He was easy to love, always had a smile on his face and was consistently trying to make other people smile. The world is a lesser place without him. My deepest condolences to all who loved him. Rest Easy DB.

So sorry to hear of the tragic loss of Derek . He was a good guy . We spent many good times at the cabin . My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, Paul , Kaylee ,and Josh in this hard time . May he rest in peace until we meet again .

Derek was a sweet, down to earth person and will be greatly missed. The family is in my thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.

I'll never forget the lil Derek I knew and babysat as a child...always sweet with a heart of gold. My thoughts and prayers are with his family in this horrifically hard time. It's never easy losing a loved one and the pain lasts forever. Always remember the good memories.
