Desiree Chappell passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at the age of 46 years. A Funeral Service will be held for Desiree at Pierson's Forest Lawn Chapel on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to Calgary Health Trust (Mental Health & Addictions greatest needs), Suite 800, 11012 MacLeod Trail S.E., Calgary, AB T2J 6A5, Telephone: (403) 943-0615, http://www.calgaryhealthtrust.ca Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family at www.piersons.ca.
