DeVee Thiele

Lynn,
You and DeVee have spent many years wintering in Texas. Your loss will drift down to your friends in Texas very slowly. I know that everyone that knew DeVee will mourn her loss. For all of us down here in Texas, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was a volunteer at the NJH library for 15 years and came to love and appreciate DeVee's wit, knowledge and kindness. She was a bright spot in my week. My sympathy to her family and especially Lynn. I know she will be missed.

While working at NJH I went through a dark time trying to make sense of my child's medical diagnosis. DeVee stepped right in with just what I needed. A huge pile of personally chosen books which enabled me to escape a bit. I still make one or two of her recommended recipes -- always to raves from the diners. She was a classy woman. My sympathies to her family.

I will always remember my cousin, DeVee, as a terrific friend.

You will truly be missed.
