I think of you so often, my friend . I miss you and our many phone calls.

Diane was my lifelong friend. We graduated high school together, attended UNI together, worked in Jackson Hole, WY two summers, and kept in touch over 50 years. Diane was the most down to earth, understanding person I have ever known. Her sense of humor and love of life was contagious. She always had time for a quick question or a meaningful conversation. She was taken from earth way too soon. She had so much more wisdom and insight to share with her clients, friends and family. Oh how I miss my friend!

I think of Diane so often and really miss my high school friend. We had the best phone conversations and visits together. Even though we lived in different states, we could always catch up. I can only imagine the conversation we would have today about Covid 19 and the new (uncomfortable) normal.
Diane organized the 50th class reunion for the Buffalo Center, Iowa classes of 63, 64, and 65. It was a huge success and a very joyful event. Life well lived, my friend. You are missed.

So sorry to hear of Diane's passing. She was such a great person. Prayers go out to the family.

We are deeply touched by the life and spirit of Diane. She was a comfort, encourager, and support to so many around her. Her light and love radiated from her and into our hearts. We celebrate her with you as we remember her. Thank you for opening your home and lives to us. Thank you for encompassing us into your family. Below is what Diane wrote on Facebook after the passing of one of her high school classmates in April of this year.

"I feel too young to have friends leaving this way. I know it's inevitable, but it makes me feel a bit melancholy to know I won't see the ones who've crossed over for an undetermined amount of time. For those who are checking out, though, I know they're off on a new adventure. And that's a good thing. Thanks for listening"

Diane, you will be missed.
