The first time I met Diane was in an obedience class for our puppies. Diane, you were always so kind, helpful, and such a thoroughly good person. God needed another angel to share His work with the world. Doug, Argyle, and I extend our most sincere sympathies to the Siebert family. Many people in this world will miss you, Diane.

All of us former 4-H Backbreakers will remember Mrs. Siebert best as our untiring leader, mentor and role model. She was such a constant fixture of the community, I cannot imagine OPA without her. My deepest condolences go out to Mr. Siebert, Ed and John.

Richard and family, I was shocked to learn of Dianes passing. I know it is a cliche' but I am sorry for your loss. There will definitely be a void without Diane.

I have many, many fond memories of our times in OPA. The many parties you hosted, my 40th surprise birthday party at your beautiful home, the fun Diane and I had each year at birthday and christmas time exchanging "pig" and "sheep" gifts befitting our 4-H leadership roles. I remember well seeing Diane at the July 2006 OPA reunion and her running up to greet me. Oh, how I will miss her. You were truly blessed to have her in your lives.

Diane Siebert was a woman of many talents, generous and involved in all her activities. It is hard to imagine her not beging part of the LRCSC family of Labrador retriever enthusiasts. Her sportsmanship was a model for all. She has touched so many.

We are deeply saddened to have just learned of Diane's untimely demise. She has been such a ray of sunshine in our neighborhood, which will not be the same without her. I will always remember her smile and welcome greeting; whether it was my girls (who are grown up now) knocking on her door to see her yellow labs,or to ask her to purchase from a school fundraiser. (They also enjoyed ice cream from her and Richard after the July 4th parades.) We have lost a great Lady and Heaven has gained a new Angel.
We will always remember you, Diane. Our thoughts and prayers are with Richard, your sons and family. May God bless and bring them comfort at this difficult time.

Dear Seibert Family, Peggy and Dick: So terribly sorry for your loss ... It seems it was only yesterday I was pregnant with Nancy and visiting with Peg and watching Diny running about ... what a lovely child she was, and grew into a wonderful woman, just like her mother. I am grateful to have been part of her and her family's life. My heart and love goes out to you all, and I'm pleased Bob got there a little before, to welcome her home. Love, Gina

What a loss! We pray that over time the memories of what a wonderful woman, wife, mother, daughter and sister she was will comfort each of you and ease your grief.

The thought of her smile alone is enough to bring one to us. Our sympathies are with you and her family and friends.

You are loved.

Diane, you were truly a wonderful person. We have so many fond memories of you that I could fill a book. From training classes in your back yard, you holding our puppies while they were being vaccinated, and seeing you for the last time at Summerfest in Ventura. It is way too soon to say Goodbye, however we must.

To Diane's Family our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Richard and Family,
There are no words to cover this tragic loss. But remember the Scottish proverb: To live in the hearts you leave behind is never to leave at all.

I have been out of town and was unable to attend the services, but was kept informed by a friend. I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with Diane through Thursday night "dog walks" in OPA and at dog shows. What a quiet, gentle, yet strong person she was. I was not fortunate enough to know her well or for very long. I know she will be missed by so many people. It's so hard to believe that this has happened and my thoughts are with Diane's family.

For Diane,

The memories of our fun times together will always stay with me. We trained together, laughed together, and traveled together. Your party for Bob's and my 50th anniversary was so wonderful and such a surprise.

My last memory of you was after my birthday and you, Jackie, Lauren, and I danced in the restaurant parking lot.

You brought us such joy. Bev. and Bob Kulp

God must have asked for a volunteer and I'm sure Diane was first to raise her hand. Such a kind and giving lady. I'll miss your smiling face.
