May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Heres a young Mimi (far right) with his aunt aka my grandmother Georgia, and his cousins (my mom Sophia- next to him- and siblings Nora and John).

Uncle Mimi R.I.P. You will be loved and remembered for ever, for your ethos, your kindness, your zest for life, your creativity, and for being a true example of Socrates words: "I am neither Athenian nor Greek but a citizen of the world". May your memory be eternal through all the lives you touched on both sides of the pond.

Dimitri was a funny & sweet father-in-law to me for 27 years and a loving grandpa to my two children. He was sometimes hard to understand but never short on words, wit and wisdom. And a great cook too! Love you Mimi, RIP.
Thank you for the many fond memories.

Dmitri would light up any room he entered. He would love to dance to the live music at the Halloween parties. I remember when he moved into his own apartment, and when he realized there were women to socialize with in the dining room, he lit up like a Christmas tree. We will all miss his jokes and laughter.

I am not sure which memory to share of Dimitri. It was so fun to be able to visit him and stay with him in Greece. Having breakfast with him in the morning, shopping for groceries, driving around and sightseeing. It was especially fun to spend time with different members of his family and having dinner with them. Everyone loved spending time with him and since we were his guests with us as well and treated us like family. It was fun to see him interact with his cousins in Greece. Dimitri was always so sweet to me and I can still hear him yell Marcellos name. It was fun that he was able to be at our wedding. Its too bad that I moved out of state at that point and he was right here in my hometown. We will cherish the memories we had with him.
