GRIVAS. - Dimitrios (Jim).16.07.1924 - 28.08.2012Passed away aged 88 years on 28 August, 2012, his loving wife and three sons with him.Beloved husband and companion of Evangelia for over 60 years.Much loved father, friend and teacher to Ilias, Mark, John and Zaphie (dec.).Much loved and respected father-in-law of Janice, Nicky and Yvonne.Adored Papou and role model to Greta, Jason, James, Emma, Bree, Mardi, Glen and Andrew.Great Papou of Sienna, Zeta and Alexandra.A gentle, kind hearted person from Karlovassi, Samos who emigrated to Australia in 1954 with his wife, three children and one suitcase. A proud family man who gave much to many without expecting anything in return. A successful and humble pro bono advocate for numerous Greek migrants across the decades.Forever loved, respected and remembered by everyone who was privileged to know him.We will all smile at our memories of a unique person and pass on the core values he taught us.R.I.P.
