I am deeply saddened to hear of Dina's passing. I went to Siena with Dina and she was a great friend to me during those years. She was an exceptionally sweet and intelligent person. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I went to high school with Dina and although we were only acquaintances, we did say hi and speak to each other between classes or whenever we crossed paths. She was a wonderful person from what I remember and I feel as though I lost a member of my Shaker/Siena family as I graduated from Siena, as well.

We are so deeply saddened by the loss of Dina and her baby. Kim and I have wonderful memories of growing up with Dina, and hope to be able to share these with Matthew in time. I had the great pleasure of working with Dina at State Farm. We became very close during those few years before I moved. Her term of endearment for me was "Mom" and gave me the book "Chicken Soup for the Mother's Soul" when I left. We had many talks and good times and saw each other thru a lot of tough times. I have not seen Dina since high school graduation, but I lived in the same neighborhood with her from the time we were 8 yrs old & we grew up together. She was always a kind, sweet & loving person & everyone that knew her was richer just for having known her. I am deeply saddened and shocked by her loss. Please know that my prayers are with your family. My sister & mother both remember Dina as a sweet girl & are very saddened to have heard the news. They will also be keeping your family in their prayers.

I did not know Dina, but Matthew and my daughter Katie went to "school" together when they were 1 1/2 years old. I found out about Dina and your precious Angel's passing this evening. I am truly sorry for your loss and will keep you all in my prayers.

Having just learned of this tragic loss today I am devastated. To Pete and Matthew your loss is immeasurable and you are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. May Matthew know what a devoted, loving and attentive mother Dina was to him and that she will forever be loving and watching over him!

I worked at State Farm in NH for 6 years and met Dina at training my very first year and have seen her infrequently but was my tried and true pen pal and sounding board for the last 9 years! God Bless anyone who was lucky enough to know her!!

I was so incredibly saddened to hear of Dina's passing. She was Theresa's kind, sweet, vivacious, "little sister" teenager when I knew her best, (who gave me hell about, but always forgave me for, constantly stealing her Oreo cookies). She obviously grew into an incredible woman, wife and mother who touched a great many lives.



Those lives she touched are now a testament to hers, and will ensure Dina lives on and is richly remembered with joy and laughter.

I was fortunate to have met Dina 8 years ago when I joined the State Farm family. I moved to Arizona 3 1/2 years ago and now Georgia 3 weeks ago, but have been in touch with Dina continuously via email. Dina was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Her smile and eyes were beautiful. I would eat lunch with Dina daily when I was working with her and she enjoyed that plain peanut butter sandwich every day. And we both were so particular with our fruit- greenish, yellow bananas, kiwi and nectarines and peaches before they were ripe. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I'm so sorry for your loss. I went to high school with Dina and lived in the same Latham neighborhood with her for many years. My prayers are with you all.

I've known Dina since Freshman year at Shaker High School. She always had a great attitude, a smile on her face and we always had a lot of fun. Our circle of friends have gone dancing, been to Jack Wagner concerts,graduations, weddings, baby showers, birthdays,parties,etc.
Back in high school I remember Dina used to wear a perfume called Lauren. To this day every time I smell it I think of her.
Her laugh was great and she was very funny. Just a month ago we all were together remembering high school--mainly gym class--and how we were always the last ones picked for volleyball or soccer games and how degrading it was to make 14 yr old girls take swimming.
But we all had such a good laugh and Dina really made it so funny to think about now.
I will forever miss Dina and the memories we could have made with our children growing up together.
I hope my memories can help some people see the joy and fun she brought to me as her friend. She was always a friend you could count on and was always there when you needed her.
My deepest and most heartfelt sympathies to Pete, Matthew, Mrs. Aquino, Theresa and Pauline. Please know what joy your wife; mother; daughter;and sister brought to me and all her friends.
The shock of her sudden passing is unbelievable to me and I can't imagine how you all must feel.
She is with all of us in our hearts and she will always live on in our memories.

I am sorry for your loss, Dina was such a nice person and a wonderful mother. I use to be one of Matthew's teachers at North Country Academy of Clifton Park, but I am now a teacher at North Country Academy of Delmar. I will never forget Dina or her husband Pete or sweet little Matthew. He was my pride and joy while I worked with him. My prays are with you all. Take care of yourselfs.

I didn't know Dina personally at State Farm, but whenever I saw her she always said hello and had a beautiful smile! My heart goes out to your family, and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

It seems like just yesterday when Dina and I used to walk to Latham Ridge Elementary School together in the mornings ... then a few years later wait at the corner for the bus to take us to Junior High, then High School.

In her 31 years, many people were blessed by having their paths cross with Dina -- she touched many lives and will be remembered and missed by all.

Dina has been one of my best friends since 9th grade. She had an infectious laugh and smile that I will truly miss. She was one of the nicest people I've ever known and I don't believe she ever had a mean word to say about anyone. She was a great mother to Matthew. I don't know you but I am mother and have been a wife and I can't even imagine the pain you all must be feeling.
