Dixie was born on August 11, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. Dixie was a resident of Cabot, Arkansas at the time of her passing. She was married to James. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 1 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville with Reverend Debbie Freeman officiating. Entombment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum in North Little Rock. A visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday March 31 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church1208 West Main Street Jacksonville AR 72076. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian 1208 West Main Street Jacksonville AR 72076 or Vera Lloyd Children?s Home in Monticello 745 Old Warren Road Monticello AR 71655.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Dixie was a wonderful lady with such a sweet and caring spirit. We always enjoyed our times together with she and Buck at the Viet Nam reunions over the years. May God bless all of you.
