Dixie was like my second mom, a kind gentle soul. I will miss her dearly. My thoughts and prayer are with the family. Just knowing you are up there, said the mountain to the sky, reminds me that I will never be alone.

Dixie, a very good friend and a beautiful woman that was always there for me and my children. I will pray for your family to be strong for her. Missy, Tammie and Chris, your mother lives in all of you, follow her good and kind ways. I will never forget her, for she was very special always in my heart, and loved everyone.

I am so very sorry for you Melissa, Justin, and for your entire family. I know this was so unexpected and Mothers are God's gift to all of us. I pray for the pain you are going through now and that somehow you will be able to accept it and realize she is in a better place. Love and sympathy, Penny Kagey
