On Tuesday, August 9th, 2022, Dolores D. Daudelin, née Daly, loving mother of six, passed away after a brief convalescence at the age of 91.
Dolores and her husband Arthur (01/25-12/09) raised their children in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NYC. They were active in St. Anselm parish where all six of their children were baptized.
Dolores was born on February 7,1931, to Edward (Tio) Daly and Josephine Byrne. Dolores was the youngest of 12 children born to that union. In February 1956, Dolores was betrothed to Arthur J. Daudelin, a WWII Marine Corps veteran, also from Brooklyn. Dolores and Arthur were married for 50+ mutually adoring years, and were a pillar of the Brooklyn community, as well as a fountain of strength to their adoring friends and relatives.
Dolores is survived by her six children: Kathleen, Arthur, Roger, Quentin, Douglas, and Bart, and ten grandchildren – Cynthia and Amanda (Plante), Casey Daudelin, Henry Daudelin, Dorothy, Claire and Bernadette Daudelin, and Isaac, Thomas and John Daudelin – as well as two great-grandchildren.
The love of her life, her husband, Arthur, awaits her in paradise.
