Dolores was a Normandy High School legend. She graduated from Normandy and one of her great happinesses was to be able to return and make her career there. She was the indispensable administrative associate to the director of transportation, Lester Winder, who did not feel he could possibly run his office without her. Beautiful, stylish, elegant and poised, Dolores ran that office like an elegant military drill. She was friendly and sweet to everyone. I was thrilled when I heard from her a year ago and again just a few weeks ago. I had looked for her for years. I am not surprised she never lost her beauty nor her spirit. Her brother Ed is another Normandy legend and the entire Hoefler family was and is known in Normandy High lore.

I remember Delores from Normandy High School, she always said hello to me and ask how the family was doing.
I am the granddaughter of Fred Schrick. On behalf of our family please let me express my sincere sympathy.
