Words cannot express how much we miss you. How much we miss your visits when you would just show up at our home and join us at the dinner table, or when you would call and we would talk. Two days before you left us, I called you, and you can never now imagine what it meant to me that you answered the phone and we spoke briefly. You seemed to be in a hurry though for whtever your reason at that point in time. You were passionate at whatever you did or felt. Your sensitivity was too gracious for many to understand. You loved life and all that surrounded you. You loved and fought life with so much strength and with so much passionate that somehow, maybe even life itself was unable to understand your love and passion on this Earth. I love you Cuginetto. In God's Gentle Hands May You Rest.

Dear Maria,
You may not know all of us, but we knew Domenic. Our father Jimmy Papadopoulos lived next door to him, on Lepage Street, for a number of years. We were terribly saddened to hear of Domenic's passing. If dad knew about it, he would have been upset as well, but unfortunately he passed away three days after Dom.
We are sending you our deepest condolences for the sudden loss of your brother. We understand your pain and wish that you are comforted by the memories you have of Dom.
His spirit will live on forever.

Siblings that pass away have special meaning to us. They are often close in age to us and their death may bring to mind our own mortality. Life is no longer taken for granted. Someone from our generation has passed away. If the death is unexpected, there may be loose ends in the relationship that have not been dealt with. It is common that a death of a sibling brings upon a search for meaning. We may ask ourselves if we are accomplishing the goals that we have set for ourselves.

We are so sad to hear of your passing. Your kindness and big heart for people will never be forgotten, especially your great sense of humour. I recall the last time I saw you at Monkey Joe's, we shared a good laugh and joked about the silly things we did. Your presence will be missed by all of us who have come to know you and your family.

Hearing of this tragedy has brought us huge heartache and utter disbelief. Thinking of you brings back those great memories of playing cards and you playing the drums into the early hours of the morning. We truly hope that you are at peace and at home with your parents once again.

Dear Dominic,

We will always remember you as the guy next door with the big heart. You were always there for your mom as she was for you. We truly believe that you are now exacly where you want to be and you have finally found peace.

Dear Maria,Ivanio and Rosario, My heart and prayers goes out to you all in this difficult time. I share in your pain of this great loss.When we were younger he was like my little brother too, but be assured that he is in a better place with God and your loving parents.

We were devastated and hurt to hear of this tragedy as we have been friends nearly our whole lives together. We shared so many things, we had many many good times. We were there for each other. These memories will stay with us for the rest of our lives...

We know it was hard on you when your mom passed, and you did all you could. She may have been gone, but her spirits were with you, and she was proud of you.

We saw the pain you were feeling, and we tried comforting you, and wanting to help & support you throughout the ordeal, but in the end it was too late.

Dom, I want you to know that you were truly a one of a kind. You were a man who always had so much to say but in the end you did not have much to say.
