MICELI, Domenico On Sunday, September 15, 2002, Domenico Miceli of Edmonton passed away at the age of 88 years. A man of great dignity, humility and pride. With love and sadness he leaves to mourn his loss his loving niece, Connie Valente and great-nephew and niece, Matteo and Stella. He also leaves his brother-in-law, Nicola Valente (Maria); nephew and nieces, Battista Valenta, Rita (Frank) Scarcello, Marina (Brian) Pratt, Assunta (Ray) Lamour and Loretta Valente; sister-in-law, Maria (Michelino) Valente; niece and nephews, Anna (Frank) Talarico, Ferruccio (Violet) Valente and Gianni Valente; brothers and sisters in Italy, Argentina and Brazil, Giuseppe, Salvatore, Rosa, Genia, Alessandro and Francesca and their families. Domenico was predeceased by his parents, Pietro and Giuseppina; his loving wife, Assunta (Valente); his brother and sister,Pasquale and Maria and brother-in-law, Michelino Valente. A special thank you to the staff on Unit 52 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the staff on 9Y at the General Hospital for their lovingcare and compassion. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, September 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church. Scalabrini Fathers officiating with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum.
