Don KEPLER

KEPLER _ Don L. September 14, 1908 - May 3, 2003 Don Kepler, born in Dayton, Ohio, moved from Ohio to Calgary as a young child. During World War II he taught at a military flight school. He was owner/operator of two businesses in Calgary, "Kepler's Radio and Appliance" and "Kepler's Aviation" and served as President of "Personnel Managers Association" as well as an officer in: Kiwanis, Probus Club, the Ham Radio Association, and the Airplane Pilots and Owners Association. Don moved to Portland, Oregon, in 1952 where he worked as Personnel Director for Tektronix. He married Maisie MacFarlane in November, 1932. He is survived by his wife; one son Don I. Kepler; two daughters, Marlene J. Starr and Margaret L. Stempel; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Memorial Service to be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8 at Finley-Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 S.W. Sunset Highway, Portland, Oregon 97225.
