Renfrew/Arnprior.
Passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, in his 76th year. Husband of Sheila McGuire for 55 years. Loving father of Michael (Lori), Murray (Claire), and Marc. Fond grandfather of Andrew, Christopher (Elisha), Shane and Connor. Great- grandfather of Phoenix and Jonathon. Dear brother of Gilbert, Edith (Ivan) Connelly. Predeceased by Howard and Vera. Don worked at Stone Container for 33 years. Visitations at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. S., Renfrew, Friday: 2-4, 7-9 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, Saturday May 21, 2016 at 10 a.m. followed by a time of fellowship and refreshment in the parish hall. Interment St. John Evangelist Cemetery, Campbell's Bay, Quebec. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Francis Xavier Parish Memorial Fund or Hospice Renfrew would be appreciated. Online condolences/donations: www.gouletfuneralhome.com. Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree are requested to assemble on Friday at 8:30 p.m. for fraternal prayers.

Sincere sympathy to Don's family. I remember Don from teen days spent in the Shawville area. Occasionally I saw him in the Renfrew area where we would always enjoy a special chat. May your special memories help to console you as you celebrate a special life.
